花园住宅楼工程施工组织设计 摘 要：本毕业设计课题为多层住宅的施工组织设计。本住宅楼为六层砖混结构，基础、构造柱、圈梁、楼地板、楼梯等混凝土部分为现浇工程，砌筑工程主要为砌筑砖墙。设计内容为在看懂图纸结合工程实际的前提下编写施工组织设计，其中包括编制依据、工程概况、施工平面布置、进度计划及保证措施、各分部分项工程施工方案、劳动力机械设备及周转材料投入计划、季节施工措施以及安全文明生产、环境保护、施工措施等，其中重点为各分部分项工程施工方案，在查阅大量资料并充分结合实际的情况下完成，对本工程中涉及到的各个分部分项工程做了尽可能详细的编写。此外，利用软件绘制了总平面布置图、施工进度计划横道图、网络图，另外还对本工程相关的工程量进行了计算，以用来安排人工量、机械台班量及材料用量。 关键词：施工组织设计；施工方案；进度计划；网络图；横道图 Garden Design Construction Organization Abstract: The graduation project for the multi-storey residential construction organization design.
