  构建绿色数据中心及其虚拟化策略研究 韩笑* （北京邮电大学计算机科学与技术学院，北京 100876） 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 摘要：环保节能日益成为当今各大产业的热门话题，云计算、虚拟化等高新技术在 IT 产业 的发展也蒸蒸日上，再加上传统数据中心的结构技术等的老化和缺陷使其越来越不能满足新 兴技术下推动的数据机房的要求，因此打造高效环保、绿色节能的数据中心必然成为今后一 个大的研究方向。本论文主要从三个方面来概要介绍构建绿色数据中心这一研究理论。首先 介绍了绿色数据中心的概念及其滋生的背景环境；其次从广度和深度两个维度上简要介绍了 构建数据中心的主要方法：广度即需要从一个数据中心的那些方面入手来打造“绿色”，深 度即使用到哪些技术；最后会把其中一个技术——服务器虚拟化单独提出来，介绍几种常见 的服务器虚拟化策略及改进措施，并详细介绍服务器虚拟化在绿色数据中心改造中所扮演的 角色。 关键词：计算机应用；数据中心；服务器虚拟化；绿色改造 中图分类号：TP308 Construction of Green Data Center and Virtualization Strategy Han Xiao (Computer Science and Technology, BUPT, Beijing 100876) Abstract: Energy-saving and environmentally friendly technology is getting increasing attention, and the development of modern technology such as Cloud Computing and Virtualization is flourishing, in addition traditional data centers are in face of structure and technology ageing problem so it could not meets the requirement of new generation tech-promote data centers. For this reason building an energy-saving and high-efficient “Green Data Center” must be a popular research direction in the future.This paper focuses on three aspects of the theory – the construction of “Green Data Center”. First of all we give a introduction of the concept of “Green Data Center” and it’s growing environment; Secondly we talk about the main strategy in the construction of Green Data Center in two dimensions respectively (the breadth and the depth) – The breadth is which areas we should involve to build an Green Data Center, and the depth is which methods are useful for us; At the end we will bring up a common technology – Server Virtualization, specifically demonstrate what role it takes in the construction of Green Data Center.
