安徽建筑工业学院 毕 业 设 计 专 业 化学工程与工艺 班 级 07化工（2） 学生姓名 ########### 学 号 ## 课 题 年产1万吨PVC聚合车间工艺设计 指导教师 王亚琴 2011年 06 月 09日 摘要 聚氯乙烯是五大通用树脂之一，由于具有良好的性能，应用领域最宽，在全世界得到了广泛应用。我国是世界上PVC生产和消费发展最快的国家。本设计基于对PVC四种合成方法的比较，选用悬浮法聚合工艺。同时介绍了国内聚氯乙烯生产的常用技术，通过对悬浮法进行深入分析，提出聚氯乙烯生产技术的新方向。确定聚氯乙烯生产工艺的基础上进行了物料衡算，热量衡算，设备选型等,绘制聚合反应工段的基本工艺流程图和主体聚合反应釜的装配图。经过本次设计,了解了化工工艺生产的各个环节和实施步骤, 掌握了化工设计的基本程序和方法,认识到理论实验到工厂大规模生产的转变过程. 关键词：聚氯乙烯ABSTRACT Poly Vinyl Chloride(PVC) is one of the five general resin，as its good performance in many areas，PVC has ben widely used over the world．China is the world’s fastest—growing country in producing and consuming of PVCdesign I adopt suspension polymerization ,according to the four methods (suspension polymerization. bulk polymerization.polymer solution. Emulsion polymerization).The usual technology of PVC production in domestic were introduced. After the analysis of suspension method, the new trend of PVC technology development were put forward. On this basis, we also called for drawing section of the basic polymerization process And the flow chart of the main polymerization reactor of the assembly. As a result of this practice, we have a better understanding of chemical processes in the various segments of the production andimplementation of steps to master the basic design of chemical processes and methods, but also understanding of the processes from the laboratory to stage large-scale factory Changes in the production process. Key words :PVC, suspension polymerization, anti-sticking technology ,reactor selection 前言 聚氯乙烯(PVC)是五大通用塑料之一,具有耐腐蚀、电绝缘、阻燃性和机械强度高等优异性能,广泛用于工农业及日常生活等各个领域,尤其是近年来建筑市场对PVC产品的巨大需求,使其成为具备相当竞争力的一个塑料品种。 PVC糊树脂自20世纪30年代开发以来,已有近70年的历史。目前全世界PVC糊树脂总生产能力约200万t/a,其中,西欧是PVC糊树脂生产厂家最多、产量最大的地区。我国聚氯乙烯工业起步于于50年代，仅次于酚醛树脂是最早工业化生产的热塑性树脂，第一个PVC装置于1958年在锦西化工厂建成投产，生产能力为3000吨／年。此后全国各地的PVC装置相继建成投产，到目前为止，我国有PVC树脂生产企业80余家，遍布全国29个省、市
