3吨水车的罐体及水路设计毕业论文 专业：汽车工程 姓名： 指导教师： 2013年6月17日 摘要 洒水车又称为喷洒车、多功能洒水车、园林绿化洒水车、水罐车、运水车。洒水车适合于各种路面冲洗，树木、绿化带、草坪绿化，道路、厂矿企业施工建设，高空建筑冲洗等。其具有洒水、压尘、高、低位喷洒，农药喷洒、护栏冲洗等功能。可以说，洒水车在我们的生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。 这次毕业设计，我详述了洒水车国内外的发展趋势和现状，分析洒水车在设计及使用过程中所遇到的问题，结合指导教师的建议，进行罐体和水路的从新设计，包括确定洒水车车身及罐体尺寸，优化水路设计，改进高压水枪功能，选择合适的二类底盘及加工材料等等，每步设计都按标准进行，以保证满足相关的技术要求。 通过理论分析，选用东风金霸洒水车，底盘型号为EQ1060TJ20D3，发动机选用广西玉柴机器股份有限公司生产的YCND27-115-30。根据所选择的二类底盘，设计罐体尺寸，水路系统的布局等。并进行罐体尺寸的计算，车身强度的校核等。再根据实际市场情况，选取相匹配的外购件。 关键词：洒水车 罐体 水路系统 Abstract Water truck is also known as spray vehicles, Multifunction Water truck, landscaping sprinklers, water tankers.
