摘 要 利率期限结构是指在相同风险水平下，不同到期期限的债券的收益率与其对 应期限所组成的一条曲线。由于国债的违约风险极小的特征，我们可以将其视为 无风险利率。所以，国债的利率期限结构是金融领域的一个基础的变量，它已经 成为资产定价、金融产品定价、保值和风险管理、套利以及投机等的基准，同时 也为央行制定货币政策提供了参考作用。 本文的研究思路是从利率期限结构的理论入手，然后通过分析我国国债市场 的现实情况，选择合适的模型对我国的国债利率期限结构进行了静态的拟合以及 动态的分析，然后通过对实证结果的分析，提出了完善和发展我国国债市场的思 路和方向。 具体的结构安排如下： 第一章是导论。主要介绍本文的研究背景和意义，研究内容和方法，研究创 新和不足等问题。 第二章是文献综述。该章主要回顾和评述了国内外对国债利率期限结构的相 关研究。 第三章是本文实证研究的理论基础。本章以我国国债市场的历史回顾为研究 起点，分析了我国国债市场的现状和特点，并构建出了估计和分析我国国债利率 期限结构的模型。 第四章是我国利率期限结构的实证研究。本章利用我国的实际数据，采用多 项式样条法对我国上海证券交易所国债市场的利率期限结构进行了静态估计和 分析。同时利用主成分分析法对国债利率期限结构的动态变化过程进行了实证分 析。 第五章是提出结论和建议。根据实证结果对我国国债市场以及国债利率期限 结构进行总结，提出结论建议。 关键词：国债；利率期限结构；收益率曲线；多项式模型；主成分分析 4 Abstract The term structure of interest rates is the curve formed by the yield of bond in different terms and the corresponding terms under the same risk level 。 As a result of the violation risk of treasury bond is few, we may regard it as the non-risk interest rates.As a basic factor in finance, the term structure of interest rates has become a benchmark of asset pricing, financial product design, hedging, risk management, arbitrage and speculation.At the same time,it provide a reference for the central bank to establish the monetary policy. This paper start from the theroy of term structure of interest rate.Then we analyse the actuality of treasury bond market.After that ,we choose a model and a statistic method to use them to study the static character and dynamic behavior of term structure of interest rate in our country. According to the result of the empirical test, the paper discusses the thinking and direction to consummate the treasury bond market
