本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 上市公司股利政策与经营业绩的相关性研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师  摘 要 股利政策是上市公司财务决策的重要组成部分，可以视为留存收益和投融资所需资金之间的一种平衡。制定恰当的股利政策不仅能够树立良好的上市公司形象，而且能建立投资者对上市公司前景的信心，从而为上市公司创造一个优良的融资环境，使上市公司获得长期稳定的发展。因此，对浙江上市公司股利政策与经营业绩的相关性研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 本文以浙江上市公司的股利政策为研究对象，采用方差分析、回归分析方法实证检验浙江上市公司股利政策与经营业绩的相关性。研究结果发现浙江上市公司的股利政策与经营业绩确实存在相关性，其中，分配现金股利与其经营业绩成正相关关系，现金股利支付率与其经营业绩成正相关关系。最后，根据研究结论提出建立股利分配的法律强制机制，将股利分配与其经营业绩联系起来；对于大量送股、转增、配股的股本扩张行为应因势利导以及应慎重地选择适合公司发展的股利政策等建议。 关键词：Abstract Dividend policy is an important part of financial decision-making in a listed company, can be regarded as a balance between retained earnings and investment and financing. Appropriate dividend policy can not only set a good image of the listed companies, but also build confidence in the prospects of listed companies, so as to create a good environment for raising capital to obtain long-term stable development. Therefore, the correlation between the dividend policy of listed companies in Zhejiang and operating performance has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the dividend policy of listed companies in Zhejiang Province as the research object, using analysis of variance, regression analysis to empirical the relevance of dividend policy of listed companies in Zhejiang and results of operations. Through empirical research and found that the existence of related between dividend policy of listed companies in Zhejiang and the existence of related operating results.
