本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 上市公司股权结构与绩效的实证研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师  摘 要 在股权结构与上市公司绩效之间关系的研究中，如何合理的配置股权结构来提高上市公司的经营绩效，一直是国内外学者研究的主要内容，但是由于研究范围、研究方法的不同，至今对于这一问题仍没有形成统一的定论。我国大部分上市公司是由大中型国有企业改组改制而来的，也是在我国由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型的过程中发展起来的，具有很强的特殊性，因此对于我国上市公司股权结和公司绩效之间关系的研究仍具有一定的理论和实践意义。本文采用实证的研究方法，在论述相关研究成果和理论分析的基础上，提出股权结构和公司绩效之间的研究假设，以2007年至2009年生物医药行业62家上市公司为研究样本，对生物医药行业上市公司股权结构和公司绩效的相关关系进行了实证分析。实证研究结果表明：国有股比例与公司绩效存在三次方非线性关系，法人股比例与公司绩效之间存在正相关关系，但不显著。而公众股与公司绩效之间不存在显著相关关系。股权集中度与公司绩效基本上呈现正相关关系。 关键词：Abstract How to dispose the stock right structure reasonably in order to improve the company’s performance has been the major aspect all over the world when it comes to the research of the relationship between ownership structure and performance of listed companies. Due to the different research fields and approaches, there is no final conclusion to such issue so far. In China, a large number of listed companies are reformed and recomposed from state-owned enterprises during the development of transition from planned economy system to market economy system. Because of this particularity, the research of the relationship between the structures of stock right and the performance of listed companies means a lot not only in theory but also practice. Empirical research methods have been used in the paper among the discussion of theory and research results on the basis of related research results and theoretical analysis, proposed the assumptions about the ownership between structure and corporate performance study.
