本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 上市公司内部控制信息披露研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 摘 要 在目前的经济环境下，上市公司面临的风险日益增多，内部控制的重要性也日益凸现。2001年曝光的“安然破产案”，随后又曝光的世界通信、施乐等公司的会计作假，严重损害了资本市场的信誉，动摇了投资人的信心。这些会计信息作假事件也引起了全球资本市场的巨大震动。上市公司之所以通过其财务报告，屡屡操纵盈利，粉饰财务状况，对投资人作不符合实际的报导，很大一部分原因是对上市公司内部控制信息披露状况的忽视。目前，我国上市公司内部控制信息的披露制度正处于从自愿性披露到强制性披露，展开对内部控制信息的披露问题的研究，找到内部控制信息披露存在的问题，找准内部控制信息披露的发展方向，有着重要的理论和现实意义。本文从上市公司内部控制信息披露的基本理论入手，从上市公司内部控制信息披露规范，上市公司内部控制披露现状，影响因素等角度，以杭州地区为例对当前的上市公司内部控制信息披露情况进行实证分析，并提出完善内部控制信息披露的措施。 关键词Abstract In the current economic environment, increasing the risk of listed companies increased the importance of internal control is also increasingly apparent.
