When the Enterprise is creating profits and bearing legal responsibility to shareholders, it also shall be liable for the employees, consumers, community and environment. The social responsibility of the enterprise requests the enterprise must go beyond the traditional idea that the profit is the only goal, the enterprise should emphasize the persons value in the production process, emphasize on the contribution to the consumers, the environment and the society. At the same time, with the development of the securities markets and the changes of listed company’s survival environment, the accounting information disclosure system has been attracted more and more investors and relevant stakeholders attention. Therefore, strengthening the listed company, especially food manufacturing’s corporate social responsibility information disclosure is very necessary and it has far-reaching significance. But, the research of our countrys corporate social responsibility information revelation is still on the stage of exploration, compared with the developed countries, corporate social responsibility information revelation in China is insufficient and not in depth on content definition, disclosure form and so on.
