本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 以制造业为核心的供应链成本控制研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师  摘 要 在全球经济一体化的今天，市场竞争已不再是企业与企业之间的竞争, 而是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。企业降低成本的关键已不再仅限于企业内部的管理活动，而是对其整个供应链的整合。供应链上的企业如果能够建立战略伙伴关系，供应链的整体服务水平就能得到提高，链上的成员企业就能够灵活应对各种供应链变化，开展新的业务，不断进行供应链革新，满足客户不断发展的需求，获得可持续发展的成本竞争优势。本文在阐述供应链成本控制的有关内容如供应链、供应链成本、供应链成本控制方法的基础上，以海尔集团这一成功的家电制造企业为例，探讨它在各个阶段是如何结合供应链成本控制方法和其它管理手段进行供应链成本控制的，归纳总结出海尔集团在供应链成本控制方面的成功经验，旨在提高我国企业成本管理水平，获得可持续发展的优势。 关键词：Abstract In the economic globalization today, market competition is no longer the competition between enterprises and the enterprises, but the competition between supply chain and supply chain. The key of lowering the cost is no longer confined to the enterprise internal management activities, but on the whole supply chain integration. If Supply chain enterprises can build strategic partnership, supply chain of whole service level can improve, members of the enterprise on the chain of supply chain can be flexible coping changes, open up new business, make constant supply chain innovation, satisfy customers constantly development needs, and to obtain sustainable development cost competitive advantage. Based on elaborating supply chain cost control related content such as supply chain, supply chain cost, supply chain cost control methods on the basis of Haier Group, this paper discussed how it is to combine the supply chain cost control methods and other management tools to control the supply chain cost at each stage. Finally, the author summarized Haier Group’s successful experience in the supply chain cost control，to raise the level of enterprise cost management and get the advantage of sustainable development.
