毕业论文 (20_ _届) 高成长型企业的人才战略研究 摘 要 人力资源是一切资源中最宝贵的,是高成长型企业迅速发展的推动力和根本保障。因此众多高成长型企业关键词:Abstract Human resource is the most valuable resource in all resources. It is the rapid development impetus and fundamental guarantee to a fast-developing enterprise. Therefore, in order to be bigger and stronger, a great many fast-developing enterprises propose ‘humanist’ as their slogans and then help promote the human resource management from a tactical level to a strategic one. After all, the core of human resource management is talent strategy. Nothing but attracting talents effectively, cultivating talents, and employing talents in a logical way are the driving powerto the long-term development of a fast-developing enterprise. However, some fast-developing enterprises always neglect the talent management during the rapid expansion which will weaken their competiveness, even hinder their development. For this reason, it gradually becomes a very serious and worth studying problems on how to deal with the personnel work to them. This paper attempts to do an intensive study through summarizing the researching situation of human resource management domestic and overseas, combining with the characters of that fixed enterprises and selecting Ningbo Yuren company as its example, then do an analysis on its current situation of talent management by means of questionnaire surveys, interviews and so on, furthermore put forward some solved devices and advice by diversified and incentive mean, such as keeping talents, cultivating talents and improving the performance appraisal etc. I hope the fixed analysis on yuren company could be available and helpful to the other high-developing enterprises on the point of dealing with the strength of talent management.
