毕业论文 （20_ _届） 高成长型企业技术创新路径研究 摘 要 近年来，我国涌现出越来越多具有自主创新能力的高成长型企业， 这些企业在中国经济发展的大环境中快速生长，年增长速度超越了100%，甚至达到数十倍、百倍以上的增长。他们已成为推动我国经济加速发展并走向世界的重要力量。而宁波裕人集团依靠基于自主创新的引进消化吸收再创新技术创新路径保持每年跨越式发展，短短几年间跻身全球电脑横机前三强，使得更多的中国横机品牌实现了与国际品牌同台竞技的梦想，促进了中国装备制造企业崛起和壮大。本文在技术创新理论的基础上，结合当前，选取集团有限公司为例通过案例研究方法对其技术创新方式、过程和路径进行了系统的归纳与总结，提炼出基于企业技术创新路径。本文研究发现，宁波集团技术创新可分为——消化吸收——再创新”三个阶段，其创立至今一直不断吸收和引进产品自主知识产权，与世界先进技术同步最终成为通过案例分析，本文认为其他企业可运用基于形成核心技术能力、树立企业品牌来立于市场不败之地。 关键词：技术创新集团AbstractIn recent years, China has emerged more and more independent innovation capability of high-growth enterprises, these enterprises in China's economic development environment of rapid growth, the annual growth rate exceeded 100% or even up to several times more than a hundred times growth.
