基于UG和Moldflow的挂机空调面板造型和注塑模具设计 摘要：与传统的注塑模具设计方法相比，基于UG与Moldflow的注塑模具设计设计周期短，成本低且模具制造工艺性好。本次课题设计的零件是挂机空调面板。首先采用计算机辅助软件UG进行零件的三维造型与注塑模具设计。对设计的零件进行结构和工艺分析，注塑模具设计成三板模，一模一腔，工字形分流道，斜导柱抽芯机构和斜顶抽芯机构，摆钩分型螺钉定距机构。模具出图环节将使用AutoCAD对装配图和零件图进行修整。然后采用模流分析软件Moldflow对零件进行最佳浇口位置分析和充填+冷却+翘曲分析，根据分析结果对冷却系统和浇注系统进行调整和优化，注塑模具中的浇注系统和冷却系统也进行相应的调整。 最后的注塑模具浇注系统合理，流料能够完全充填型腔；冷却系统的冷却效果良好；制品翘曲程度达到合理的范围；模具整体结构合理。 关键词：空调面板，UG ，Moldflow，注塑模具 Abstract: Compared with the traditional injection mold design method, the cycle of the injection mold design based on the UG, and the Moldflow is short, it cost low and have good mould manufacturing technology. This design’s topic is about hang up air conditioning panel parts. First he used computer-assisted software UG to make the molding of parts and plastic injection mold design, then to design of parts structure and process analysis, and the injection mold design use three plate mold, which has a cavity in a mold, work shunt way, font oblique guide column core-pulling mechanism and inclined top core-pulling mechanism, put hook screw spacer institutions parting. He will use the AutoCAD drawing session on the assembly and repair parts diagram. Then use the mold flow analysis software Moldflow to do the analysis of the best parts of gate location and filling + Cooling + warpage analysis, According to the results of analysis of cooling system and pouring system to adjust and optimize injection mold, the gating system and cooling system also accordingly. The last of the injection mould casting system is reasonable, the flow can be fully mold filling material;the cooling effect of the cooling system is good ；Products to the scope of the reasonable degree of warping；the whole structure is reasonable as a good mould.
