毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题目：设计日产250吨普通新闻纸抄纸车间 子题：  摘 要 本次设计主要是对日产250吨新闻纸的抄纸车间的初步设计，主要内容是抄纸车间的工艺流程设计以及各工段工序设备图，还包括车间布置图。总的一个设计思路主要围绕这种纸张它的特点以及自身属性，来定这一纸种的生产原料和设备选型及布置，我在这次设计中主要运用书本及纸生产厂家这两大部分采集资料，再涵盖自己的思想，在老师的悉心指导下完成此文。首先我介绍了的产品规格以及技术指标以及建厂的可行性分析，这是作局为一个设计能否符合国家以及成品有效性的规定所要求的先决条件，也是设计的一个标准。然后是一些环保上的要求，充分考虑废水、废气、废渣的循环利用，还有一些的技术指标。接着是介绍的工艺流程以及浆水平衡的计算，原材料蒸汽及水的耗用量。最后是介绍抄纸车间的工作制度，车间定额以及人员编制。以上提到的内容都与此次设计能否作为工厂正常实施可用必须的一个理论依据。Abstract The graduation design topic is daily production 250 tons of newsprint paper workshop preliminary design.
