摘要
本设计针对一工程项目实际需要,主要进行了建筑设计、建筑图绘制、结构方案中轴框架的抗震设计、主要施工图的绘制和专题研究。之后确定框架布局,进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力,找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合选取计算配筋并绘图。PKPM计算了结构的配筋。本设计依据最新中华人民共和国国家标准,设计符合《中小学校建筑设计规范》、《混凝土结构设计规范》、《建筑抗震规范》等要求。
教学楼设计题目虽小,但所用的知识涵盖了大学学习的方方面面,并进一步涉及到建筑,水暖电等相关专业的知识,甚至空间设计、结构设计上也有一定难度,完成好这个设计,是对我们大学所学知识的全面检验。
本设计主体4层,立面设计以体现建筑的洁净、严谨为主。所有框架柱不向外突出。窗户大而多,增强其立面虚实搭配。轻巧通透,立面简洁明了是本设计的一大特点。
立面选择棕红色色为主色调,加上白色线条,尽显学术气息。

Abstract
The design is for an actual project, first is the architectural design, then is the seismic design in the framework of axis and construction drawings, last is the translation. First of all construction plan is identified, after determined the framework, a representative of the load between the value of the calculation, then use vertex displacement method, from-cycle, then at the bottom of the shear level of seismic loading method under size, which obtained the level of load in the structure of internal forces (bending moment, shearing force and axial force). Calculation of vertical load (dead load and live load) under the structure of internal forces, to identify the most disadvantaged force, select the most disadvantaged combination of forces to compute the reinforced then do the drawing. I also used PKPM program to calculate the structure of the reinforcement. The design based on the latest Peoples Republic of China national standard, design meets the Code for architectural design of grade and middle school and Code for design of concrete structure and Technical specifications for concrete structures of tall building and other codes.
