PsychologyResearch,ISSN 2159.5542 November2013,Vo1.3,No.11660-678 , a tI暑 I-4IN6 TheEffectsofSocialExchangePerspectiveonEmployee Creativity:A MultilevelInvestigation Li—YuehLee SouVeasna KunShanUniversity,TainanCity,Yaiwan AsiaEuroUniversiyt,Phnom Penh,Cambodia ProceduraljusticeandPOS(perceivedorganizationalsupport)aretwoofthemostimportantrationalsocial exchangemechanisms.Thisstudyexaminedtheirrolesonemployee·supervisorpairrelationshipsatspecificwork unitsinRD.Datawereobtainedfrom asurvey ofemployee—supervisordyadicdesign of78 high-techfirms locatedinamajorcityinsouthernYaiwan.Atthecross-levelanalysis,theresultsofHLM fhierarchicallinear modeling)indicatedthatbothproceduraljusticeandPOShavesignificantinfluenceonindividua1outcomessuchas jobengagement,satisfaction,andcreativity.Attheindividual—levelanalysis,theresultsofSEMfstructuralequation modeling)providedsupportforallproposedhypotheses.Theextensionofthestudyfindingsrelatedtothe conceptualandpracticalissuesofsocialexchangewerediscussed .
