公共建筑能耗数据分析方法与分项计量 清华大学建筑学院建筑技术科学系 王鑫 魏庆芃 摘要：公共建筑能耗数据分析对指导节能工作具有重要意义，本文对建筑能耗数据分析方法进行了综述，在此基础上提出两种实用多建筑能耗数据对比分析方法：能耗指标法和效率指标法。本文还提出针对建筑总能耗数据进行分析的局限性，提出应更多的针对用分项计量数据进行分析研究。 关键词：公共建筑，分项计量，能耗数据 Abstract：The analysis of energy consumption data of commercial building has important meanings to the energy conversation work. This article summarized the usual approaches and discussed two applicable methods for comparing between buildings: the energy indicator approach and the energy efficiency indicator approach. The limitation of total energy consumption in analysis is also discussed and sub-metered da
