摘 要 居住小区景观空间作为城市居住区的一个重要组成部分，一方面是满足居民休 闲、交往、日常生活等各种需求的，具有功能以及美学特征的必要性景观空间。另一 方面，它与城市的景观息息相关，是提高城市环境整体质量的重要组成部分。 近年来随着我国的房地产市场的快速发展，居住小区景观空间也取得了较大的改 善与发展，但伴随着高速发展的同时也产生了很多问题，给居民的日常生活及居住小 区景观空间的可持续发展带来了极大的影响。如过分追求商业价值而忽略了景观空间 的功能性，产生了居住小区景观空间与居民生活脱离的现象；大量消耗资源和能源， 效仿欧式现代居住小区风格忽略地方特色的创造等。 本论文对麦迪逊花园的各类景观空间进行实地的调查，并以拍照、测绘、观察等 方式获取现场相关信息，并对调查后的资料进行分析整理，共有 4 个部分组成，包括 绪论、相关基础理论、麦迪逊花园景观空间分析及结语。本文首先对居住小区景观空 间给以界定，解析居民对居住小区景观空间的需求、居民在居住小区景观空间中的行 为规律以及居民与居住小区景观空间的关系，并对麦迪逊花园景观空间的构成要素、 空间形态进行分析同时对麦迪逊花园 5 种景观空间中居民的行为规律进行及现场记 录并得出相应的结论，为我国居住小区景观空间营造的理论和方法上提供依据和参 考。 关键词：居住小区；景观；空间分析 Landscape spatial analysis of Madison in Hohhot Abstract Residential area landscape space as an important part of city residential areas,one is to meet various demand as the residents leisure,communication,daily life and has necessity function of landscape and aesthetic feature space.On the other hand,it is closely related to city landscape,it is an important part of improving the overall quality of city environment. In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinas real estate market,landscape space in residential area has also made the larger improvement and development,but along with the rapid development it also generated a lot of problems,the peoples daily life and sustainable development of landscape space in residential area be brought great influence. Such as the excessive pursuit of commercial value and ignore the function of landscape space,create the phenomenon that the residential landscape space out of the living from;A large number of consumption of resources and energy,to follow the European modern residential style ignore local creation etc. In this paper,author make investigation in the Madison garde
