摘要 随着世界经济贸易的发展，现代信息技术和世界运输业的发展，物流业的快速发展已成为西方发达国家运输业的一个主流趋势，物流服务已被公认为货物运输业中最为经济合理的综合服务模式。在我国，随着改革开放进程不断向纵深发展，特别在入世后，国民经济和对外贸易突飞猛进的发展，并日益融入世界经济体系，如何适应世界物流业发展趋势，建立现代化物流中心，已日益突出地上升到我国运输业发展的战略性的高度上来。 国家统计局表示，今年前三个季度，国内生产总值达71682亿，比去年增长了7.9％，今年GDP将跃上10万亿的新台阶，实现历史性的突破。经济的高速成长带动了消费市场的成长，并产生了对物流新的巨大需求。目前中国内地物流费用约占ＧＤＰ的３０％左右，远高于发达国家１２％的平均水平，正是看到了中国物流产业如此巨大的改善空间。 物流中心的成立，可以提供了物流在各个需求层次上的服务。现代物流已趋向于商流和信息流一体化，通过构建现代物流中心、信息处理中心这一全新的现代物流体系，使商流、物流和信息流在物流信息系统的支持下实现互动，从而能提供准确和及时的物流服务。Abstract With the development of world economy and trade, also the modern information technology and world carrying trade, the rapid growth of logistics has became one of the main trend of carrying trade in western developed country. Logistics service has regarded as the most economic and reasonable integrated service mode. In our nation, with more and more regulations have been reformed, especial after entering WTO, our nation’s economy and foreign trade have gained rapid progress, and also increasingly closer and closer to the world economy system. It is so important to our nation’s carrying trade that how to be consistent with world logistics developing trend and how to build logistics centers. The nation’s Stat. Dept. claimed that, in the first three quarters of 2002,GDP has increased to 7.1682 billion yuan, increased by 7.9% than the last. They also said that GDP of 2002 will exceed 10,000 billion yuan. The rapid economy growing drives the consumption market, and has brought up great demand of new logistics service. At the present time, the logistics fee in China has reached 30% of the GDP, far more than the average of 12% in developed country. It is the big chance of our country’s logistics. Establishing logistics center can solve any kind of need in logistics. Modern logistics contains trade and information. We can make the trade, logistics and information combine together and supply accurate and in time logistics service with the supporting of logistics information system. This dissertation has
