PAGE PAGE 30 摘要 宁波作为沿海发达城市有着自己得天独厚的优势，在建筑方面虽然很多大中型建筑企业或是国有转制企业确实有很强的实力，但是一些中小型建筑企业却在不断的挣扎，最近几年虽然营业额、合同额在不断的提高，但是利润率却在不断的降低，外加最近几年沿海一带城市的招工难更是给这些企业造成了非常巨大的困难。在资金管理、人才引进等各方面都有着非常多得漏洞，导致每年都有很多无谓的损失；在与行政主管单位或是同行业交流联系中大多数没有建立起一个非常和谐稳定的关系。 可以说宁波市的中小型建筑企业仅仅处于起初阶段，要追上东阳、象山、温岭等老牌建筑强市任然有些很长的路要走。 本文意在将造成这些困境的原因加以分析最终找到解决这些问题的方法。在本文中笔者主要以问卷调查的方式得到数据并经过后期的整理通过多角度的观点来发现这些问题的根源。最终借鉴其他发展比较好的城市经验找到了一些属于自己的解决方式，从而使宁波市的中小型建筑企业更加健康的发展。 关键词：经营困境；中小企业；业务开拓；财务融资；人力资源 Abstract As an advanced coastal city, Ningbo has its own advantaged superority. Though in aspect of construction, some invigorate large and medium-sized enterprises and restructured state-owned ones are much superior, some small and medium-sized enterprises are struggling for higher turnover and more contracts in recent years. However, these small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with some serious problem as a result of the decreased profit rate and hire difficulty. In addition, there are some problems lying in funds HYPERLINK /management/ \t _blank management and recruitment, which causes huge lost that could have been avoided. Most of these enterprises have not built up a healthy and steady relationship with the examination and the other companies in the same industry. The small and medium-sized construction enterprises in Ningbo are in its beginning HYPERLINK /stage/ \t _blank stage, and it still needs a long time to catch up with the traditional constructure powerful cities such as Dongyang, Xiangshan and Wenlin. The thesis focus on the analysis of the reasons which cause the problems and the ways of solving them. Through questionare, many useful datas are got to be analyzed, then the root of the problems will be found in multiple perspective. Finally, the most suitable solution will be got under many good examples of the other successful cities. In this way, the small and medium-sized construction enterprises in Ningbo can be developed in a more healthy process. Keywords:Business problem; Small
