But the network marketing channel to exploit to estate enterprise to bring opportunities at the same time, they inevitably and traditional marketing channel conflict, and there is some and traditional marketing channel different new problems. This paper discusses estate network marketing characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, network marketing of real estate industry and influence in network marketing, analyzes the problems existing in the real estate network marketing is the way and the present situation, and proposed the real estate industry for network marketing, some countermeasures for real estate network marketing model research is of great significance.
