External Fire-figthing test 外消防测试 1.1Start procedure（启动程序）： Switch on the control system 接通控制系统 Move the monitors into a safe position where barrel is pointing away from the vessel. 将消防炮朝向船外,确认在消防炮移动角度范围内没有阻碍物。 Drop the dedicated engine 1 to 550 rpm 将#1发电机降速到550 rpm Open the fire pump sea suction valve ( if closed in std-by) 打开消防泵的海水吸入阀。 FIFI pump discharge valve to be closed FIFI泵的出口阀关闭。 Open the overboard discharge valve 打开排舷外阀。 By-pass around the discharge valve to be opened , recommended being open all the time 出口阀的旁通阀打开（可以与舷外阀同时打开）。 Switch the control system to on by means of switch on the main control cabinet and on joystick panel ( in the wheelhouse) 接通主控制箱及操纵板（驾驶室）. Open shut valve between pump and ejector if any 如有可能打开FIFI泵与甲板上喷射枪的之间的阀门。 Start the pump by clutching in. Note engagement speed (Typically 450 to 650= idle speed ) and fire fighting engine speed (Typically 720 to 1800rpm). In case of emergency the pump and step-up gear are able to clutch in at full speed. 启动FIFI泵,注意啮合时速度（发电机处于怠速状态450 to 650rpm ）。外消防啮合速度720 to 1800rpm. 假如在紧急状态下,提升离合器能在发电机1800rpm全速下啮合. Check to see that pressure builds on discharge side 检查FIFI泵出口端的压力。 During pump operation fill up the pipe system entirely trough the by-pass and wait until water is observed flowing out the monitor nozzle. 在FIFI泵的运转期间注意水通过旁通管从水炮出口喷出。 Slowly open fully the main fire pump discharge valve and close the discharge overboard valve 慢慢打开FIFI泵出口阀并关掉舷外阀。 Run up engine to fire fighting speed 1800 rpm 将发电机的速度加速到1800 rpm。 System now in operation , operate the monitor by means of joystick , check vital value , pressure on pump and monitor , gear temperature and bearing temperature 现在整个系统在运转，可以通过操纵板操纵水炮同时检查泵的压力，离合器的温度及轴端的温度。 In case of emergency stop the system with the emergency stop on the FIFI panels 。 如有紧急情况发生可以操纵应急按动车纽停止整个系统。 1.2 Stop procedure（停止程序）： Point the monitors to a safe area （水炮指向安全区域）。 Slow down the e
