如何构建现代企业管理的模式 　　摘要： 每个企业都有自己特有的管理模式，从企业经营的成熟角度来说，可分为规模经济、范围经济、意识反应型经济三种规模化经营模式。在企业进入正轨， 开始实施规模化经营和资本运作后，从企业管理模式中的共性面出发进行分析， 进一步探讨如何构建现代企业管理模式。 　　Abstract： Each enterprise has its unique management mode and all modes can be divided into three scale management modes： economy of scale， economy of scope and economy of conscious responses from the perspective of mature business operation. Starting from the similarities of the three modes， this article furtherly discusses how to build a modern business management mode after an enterprise is on track and begins to carry out scale operation and cap
