我国土地污染问题及法律的对策 　　 　　Abstract:In recent years,the soil pollution becomes more and more serious with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization.Currently the control and prevention law are ineffective in our present legal system.So we need carry through a special law on the control and prevention soil pollution and improve it from inspection ,administration control and legal responsibilities . 　　Key words:Soil PollutionLegal Countermeasures 　　[摘要]近年来，随着工业化和城市化进程的加快，我国土地污染问题日益严重，但我国现行的法律体系中,防治土地污染的法律还非常不健全。因此，有必要进行土地污染防治的专项立法，并且从土地污染的监测机制、行政管制、法律责任等方面予以完善。 　　[关键词]土地污染 法律对策
