The road conditions of State Highway 111,can’t meet the daily needs, and also low levels of various facilities resulted in the destruction of roads and ancillary facilities. To address these issues, State Highway 111 reconstruction project is imperative for the future provision of transport capacity and better security, ease traffic pressure. The main content of this article is State Highway 111 〔Tanghekou ~ shijie〕 Reconstruction design of the Third Section of the subgrade.
