We can expect a dip in current performance while the organization is making change. Some of these causes are: Time away from work while taking training and learning about the change. Stress and concern about the change Refocusing on the new work and learning new procedures Over time, comfort with new procedures will help achieve the future state. The “new” work becomes the norm.
