沈阳师范大学学士学位论文 城市流动人口落户的意愿及影响因素研究——以武汉市为例 PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 现如今随着我国城镇化水平的不断提升，越来越多的人们在城市当中找到了发展的机会，对于流动人口而言，在大城市当中当然有更多的发展机会，而且薪资较高能够带来更高的收益，所以大部分的流动人口都喜欢去大城市当中闯荡和拼搏，武汉是一个新兴的一线城市，虽然比不上北上广深，然而武汉却以迅速的发展速度和先进的发展理念。 本文主要以武汉市的流动人口落户意愿及影响因素为研究内容。通过实际调研和发放问卷调查的研究方法，对武汉市蔡甸区的流动人口进行落户医院的访问，并且找出其中影响流动人口落户的诸多因素。通过本文的研究发现，当前武汉市流动人口落户意愿的影响因素较为复杂，主要包括生活的困难，定居的困难，户籍情况，认知困难，居住满意度不高，物价虚高，子女教育和交通等方面存在问题。因此本文建议武汉市提高流动人口落户意愿的比例，政府适当控制房价，优化交通设施配置，提供开放的就业政策，完善周边设施，促进电商与传统产业的融合缓解物价虚造的问题。以此为我国大城市流动人口的发展策略提供借鉴和参考。 关键词：城市流动人口；人口落户；武汉市；经济发展水平 Abstract Nowadays, with the continuous improvement of my country’s urbanization level, more and more people have found development opportunities in cities. For the floating population, there are certainly more development opportunities in big cities, and higher salaries can be Bringing higher income, so most of the floating population like to go to big cities to explore and fight.
