农村生态环境治理中的问题与对策研究--以东海县曹浦村为例.docx

摘要 随着乡村振兴战略的深入贯彻，“生态宜居”已经成为现阶段三农工作的核心内容，生态环境对于农村来说至关重要。相较于城镇，我国农村发展相对滞后，部分地区为追求经济效益，毫无节制破坏生态环境，缺乏可持续发展意识，因此，针对农村生态环境有关特点以及污染的现实情况，提出正确的治理方案有极为重要的意义。 本文以东海县曹浦村生态环境治理为研究对象。首先，通过实地考察访谈，了解曹浦村的实际情况，总结了曹浦村生态环境治理中存在的问题：一是污染源头较多；二是村民参与度低；三是政策执行力不足；四是治理资金投入不足。其次，分析了当前曹浦村生态环境治理存在问题的原因。最后，针对生态环境治理存在问题的原因提出了以下建议：一是完善监管体系，健全长效机制；二是加强宣传教育，提高环保意识；三是完善法律法规，加强执法监督；四是加大资金投入，规范资金使用。 关键词： 农村 生态环境 治理 可持续发展 Abstract With the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, ecological livable has become the core content of agriculture, rural areas and farmers work at the present stage, and the ecological environment is very important for rural areas. Compared with the cities and towns, the development of rural areas in China lags behind. In order to pursue economic benefits, some areas destroy the ecological environment without restraint and lack of awareness of sustainable development. Therefore, it is of great significance to put forward the correct treatment plan according to the relevant characteristics of rural ecological ring and the reality of pollution. This paper takes caopu Village of Donghai County as the research object. First of all, through field investigation and interview, the actual situation of Caopu Village is understood, and the existing problems in the ecological environment governance of Caopu village are summarized: first, there are many pollution sources; Second, low participation of villagers; Third, insufficient policy implementation; Fourth, insufficient investment in governance funds.
