摘要

柱芳烃是通过对二酚醚与亚甲基桥形成的、结构对称的“柱”型大环超分子主体化合物。目前，已经合成和研究的柱芳烃化合物主要是五元和六元结构。柱芳烃类化合物由于其具有非常独特的空间结构和理化性质，综合了多种已有主体化合物的特色和优势，近年，在主客体键合与分子识别、自组装体系的构筑和智能材料等领域得到有效应用，所以自2008年首次报道柱芳烃以来，它倍受化学家的青睐。1,4-二甲氧基柱[5]芳烃是最早合成出的一个柱芳烃，也是最简单的一个柱芳烃，它可以通过衍生得到其他类型柱芳烃。我们根据文献合成了。

Abstract
