L企业物料采购管理分析及改善对策研究

摘要本文在阅读分析国内外与采购管理相关文献的基础上，从采购管理这个角度出发，就L企业目前的经营环境、现有的组织结构以及采购部门对物料的采购现状进行简单介绍，深入分析了采购部门、采购管理流程、供应商管理体系以及采购成本等方面，得出了L企业采购部门在采购流程、供应商管理和采购成本控制等方面存在的一些问题。结合在L企业访谈过程中所得到的数据以及相关资料，对L企业的采购流程、供应商管理以及采购成本的降低提出了相应的改善对策，并且通过运用层次分析法对L企业在选择供应商上提供较为科学客观的数据，还对特定物料的采购运用了经济订货批量模型并进行对比分析。最后，综合上述的分析与L企业采购管理的现状，提出了相应的优化措施，使采购部门的管理更加符合L企业长远发展规划与需求。

AbstractBasedontheliteratureofpurchasingmanagementathomeandabroad,fromtheperspectiveofpurchasingmanagement,thisthesisfirstlygivesabriefintroductiononLenterprise’scurrentoperatingenvironment,existingorganizationalstructureandpurchasingdepartmentformaterialpurchasing,andthendeeplyanalyzesthepurchasingdepartment,purchasingmanagementprocess,suppliermanagementsystemandpurchasingcost,andfindsouttheproblemsinLenterprisepurchasingdepartmentintermsofpurchasingprocess,suppliermanagementandprocurementcostcontrol.Inaddition,combinedwiththedataandrelatedmaterialsobtainedintheinterviewofLenterprise,thisthesisputsforwardsomecorrespondingimprovementmeasurestoLenterprise’sprocurementprocess,suppliermanagementandprocurementcostcontrol.What’smore,thisthesisnotonlyprovidesmorescientificandobjectivedataforLenterprisesinselectingsuppliersbyusingAHPanalytichierarchyprocess(AHP),anditalsousesEconomicOrderQuantityModeltocomparativeanalysisforpurchasingspecificmaterials.Finally,basedontheabove,thisthesisanalyzesthecurrentsituationofpurchasingmanagementinLenterpriseandputsforwardthecorrespondingoptimizationmeasurestomakethemanagementofpurchasingdepartmentmoreinlinewiththelong-termdevelopmentplanandneedsofLenterprise.
