汽油泵房工艺设计及安装 摘 要 本文是关于汽油泵房的设计。油品泵房是油品罐区的心脏，是油品储运各种作 业的动力源泉。本文从工艺流程、施工方案等多方面着手，说明了汽油泵房的设计 全过程。其中包括泵的选用、泵的安装、泵的布置及配管、泵用电动机和电动葫芦 选用、泵的轴封和冷却、机泵设备润滑、泵房形式和建筑要求和泵房安全及其它内 容，涵盖了有关汽油泵房设计的方方面面。在油品的储存和运输过程中，泵房无疑 都扮演了重要的角色。作为一名学储运的学生，在以后的工作中不可避免的要遇到 各种各样有关泵房的问题，因此，现在非常有必要弄懂有关泵房设计的相关问题。 本文的工艺流程分为方案一和方案二，并从技术和经济角度给予了比较，从而选出 一个比较合理的方案。对于一个储运工作者来说，必须要非常熟悉有关油泵房设计 的各个方面，本文在设计过程中结合中石化工程建设公司的相关项目，并在整个过 程中一直与相关专业设计人员保持联系，向经验丰富的储运工作者学习了宝贵的知 识。本文的计算过程主要在选泵章节，其它在电动机的选用等章节也有少量计算， 全部均根据相关的石化设备设计规范，并结合实际题目数据和情况在规范允许的范 围内进行设计。 关键词：汽油，泵房，工艺设计，施工图 I 汽油泵房工艺设计与安装 Abstractor This paper is about the design of gasoline`s pump room. Pump room is the heart of the tank battery ,which supplies power to the oil in pipeline. This article shows the whole process of gasoline pump room`s design, including :the choose of pump , the installation of pump , the collocation of the pump, the choose of the pipeline and electromotor, the seal and refrigeration of the pump, the lubrication of the pump ,the construction of the pump room, the security and fire protection of the whole pump room. In the oil`s storage and transportation, it is no doubt that the pump room plays a very important role. As a student who is major in oil and gas storage and transportation, it is ineluctable to meet all kinds of question of pump room in the following stewardship, so it is necessary to know the design of pump room. This paper contains two projects of technics, and compares the two projects from the views of technology and economy in order to select a project with reason.
