PAGE 塑料注射机液压系统的设计 摘 要 塑料注射机液压系统的设计内容主要包括：塑料注射机的介绍、塑料注射机合模部分液压系统的介绍、塑料注射机各种动作的控制、合模部分液压系统方案的选择、合模液压缸各种工况分析、合模液压缸流量速度等参数的计算、各种液压元件和控制元件的选择、合模液压缸液压系统的压力损失和温升的计算、液压缸各种结构的选择和零件的设计计算等方面。根据塑料注射机的动作要求，设计出液压系统的各种油路和控制开关。又根据系统对速度、流量的需求，设计并计算出液压缸的各种结构和零件的尺寸。最后根据各种要求对所设计的各个部分进行了验算和修改，并最终成形。在设计过程中为保证每一部分的合理性和正确性，参考了很多文献资料，确保每个设计步骤和计算公式都有根有据。同时根据以往的经验和参考进行了一些创新设计。比如缸体和缸盖的连接方式上，为减小缸盖的结构尺寸，借用液压缸厚度较大这一特点，直接在缸体上钻出螺纹孔以和缸盖连接；在液压缸安装方式上，选择尾部外法兰连接，但为结构简单，将安装连接螺纹孔直接放在后缸盖上。 关键词 塑料注射机，合模液压缸，速度，压力，流量 THE DESING OF INJIECTION MACHINE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT ABSTRACT The design substance of injiection machine hydraulic circuit to comprise:The introduction of injection machine,the introdution of the hydraulic circuit of close mould,the everykind ofaction of injiection machine,the choose of close mould hydraulic circuit paln,the working condition to analyze of the hydraulic circuit of close mould,the count of speed and flow rate,the choose of spares parts,the count of pressure colose and extherm,the tocount of spares parts size and structure choose and et.c.Design oilchannel and power switch basis to action require.Design and count the structure and saiz of spares parts basis to speed and flow rate.Finally being checking computations and alter basis to requirement.In the design process,reference a lot of document and material for the design rationality and correctness,ensure every design move and computing formula have the basis.And basis to in the past of experience to try ding something what was blaze new trails design.For example ,to jion the fluid cylinder and the cover ,because thickness of the fluid cylider is enough ,enter the worm hole on the fluid cylider,and do this for minish size of the cover.In the way of the mount fluid cylider,choose the way of stern outside flang, enter the worm hole on the back cover for simple the back cover.
