年产500万m2强化复合地板车间设计 摘 要 2015年我国木材需制品达1.4—1.5亿m3，如果木材综合利用率能提高10个百分点，就可以弥补供需缺口的30%。而依赖天然林木资源加工的产业也不会因资源的因素而使其发展受到制约。因此，按照科学发展观的要求，大力发展循环经济，发展速生林、提高林木综合利用率、加快建立资源节约型社会，就显得尤为重要、更为迫切。 强化复合地板是一种利国利民的绿色低碳环保产品，也是符合国家可持续发展战略的产品。它的主要原材料是速生小径木材等，采用高科技手段加工而成。强化复合地板可以大幅度提高木材综合利用率。据专家计算：1 m3原木只可以生产20m2左右的实木地板，而同样1 m3小径木材却可以生产50—60m2的强化复合地板。 本设计复合地板生产的确定、设备的选型、可行性的经济分析等方面的内容，并且；对土建、环保、劳动安全卫生、人员配置培训等方面的内容简要介绍。 关键词： The workshop design of laminate floor with 500,0000m2 annual output Abstract Our country is short of agricultural forest resource relatively. The per capita forest area is 0.145 hectares in the whole country, less than one fourth of the per capita forest area in the world. The per capita forest storage is 10.151 m3, about one seventh of the per capita forest storage in the world. According to the forecast of the national relevant department: the wood products will reach 14o million m3 to 150 million m3 by 2015 in our country. If the rate of comprehensive utilization of timber gets 10 per cent higher, the wood products will enable to bridge the gap of supply demand. The development of industry which depends on forest resource will not be conditioned by resource. So according to the scientific thought of development, we vigorously work to develop a circular economy, grow fast-yielding plantation, raise comprehensive utilization of timber and speed up build the resource saving type society. This was especially important and pressing.The laminate flooring is a green and low-carbon environmentally protection products, also in line with the products of the national sustainable development strategies.
