Brave * This film is the first female-lead of Pixar's, it tells us that the great couragerous pincess Merida of the highlands who breaks the spell and saves her kingdom and family. In the surrounding mountains of the highlands, Merida is a red curly hair princess. The character of her is impulse and impatience, not stick to trifles, never keep on the rails and always being a loose cannon. Merida practices her horse riding skills and archery every day in the woods, enjoying a carefree life. But her mother Queen Elinor wants her to be a temperament elegant woman and her father king Fergus intends to bond other allies by marriage. However, that is not what Merida wants. One day, Merida accidentally discovered whispers in the fairy legend in the forest, under its leadership, Merida found a witch. Merida always wants to change her future, so she impulses to learn a spell from the witch to get away from her parents restraint. Unexpectedly, One of Merida’s true words makes a huge mistake and it leads to the Scotland Confederate war. When she realizes her fault, she has to break the spell in order to make the world peace again and save her kingdom and family. In the end, all problems are solved. Due to the perseverance of Merida, she finally managed to defeat the evil bear and save her mother from being a bear. What I learned from the film is that we should be brave enough to fight for what we really need in the real life. We should also be grateful to those who loved us so much and cherish the time you spend with them.
