But only rely on the traditional financing way already can't meet the demand of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, financing difficulties has become the important obstacle that baffles the development of small and medium-sized enterprise rapid. At first, this paper points out that our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing present situation, then analysis the main financing ways of small and medium-sized enterprises, and find the traditional financing methods can't solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties of the main reasons, and because of financing difficulties brought about by the adverse consequences, and finally puts forward the new type of private equity financing, the concept of private equity financing, through analysis of the significance, development of private equity financing concrete measures are put forward. To help small and medium-sized enterprise solve the financing problem in our country, realize the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises to provide the reference.
