郑州轻工业学院 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 科技型中小企业人力资源 危机管理问题探讨 学生姓名 专业班级 工商管理 学 号 院 （系） 经济与管理学院 指导教师(职称 完成时间 2008 年 6 月 3 日  科技型中小企业人力资源危机管理问题探讨 摘 要 人力资源作为最具活力和最具潜力的“活”资源，已成为经济和企业发展需要的战略性资源。然而，面对企业内、外部环境的新的挑战，企业在进行人力资源管理的过程中，面临着更多、更为复杂的危机。 危机不仅会破坏正常的经营秩序，更严重的是会破坏企业持续发展的基础，威胁企业未来发展。,应该引起人们足够的关注。国民经济增长重要源泉,由于对人的依赖性更大,所以更需要重视人力资源管理中的危机管理问题。本文分析了人力资源危机管理的内涵，研究了科技型中小企业人力资源危机管理的特点，并结合企业实际，有针对性地提出了科技型中小企业人力资源危机管理的实施流程。本文的撰写在某些程度上可以为我国科技型中小企业成功进行人力资源危机管理提供借鉴和参考价值，从而有效地帮助科技型中小企业提高人力资源危机管理水平，促进企业持续稳定健康发展。 关键词 人力资源/危机管理/科技型中小企业 SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE HUMAN RESOURCES CRISIS MANAGEMENT RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS ABSTRACT As the most active and potential "living" resource, human resource has already become the strategic resource needed in economy and enterprise's development, In spite of that, enterprises face variety of crises in human resource management with challenge of the external circumstances in the new enterprises. Crises can disrupt the normal management We should focus on the research of the crises preventing. Technology-based SMEs, believed an important source of China's economic growth, has more dependence on human,so it has to pay more attention to the crises management in human resource management. The paper revels the connotative of the crises management, analyses the features of the crises management in the technology-based SMEs, raises a management flow towards the crises management in the technology-based SMEs, meanwhile,I did the empirical work combine with enterprises. This paper can partly provide a reference for china's technology-based SMEs, who want to successfully make a crises management, and effectively help it improve the level in crises management, finally have a sustained, steady and healthy growth in the enterprises.
