Abstract
Over the past decade, the rapid development of the real estate business, however, in the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the real estate enterprises are facing the survival of complex and changing environment, as cash is king is the central concept of capital-intensive industries, a large amount of fundsand its management is the key to the survival and development of the real estate business, holds many lessons for the main task is the management of funds as the core of financial management of the real estate business, to establish a scientific and reasonable centralized management of funds, the use of good internal capital stock, in order tosurvival and healthy development of fully protected. In this paper, the significance and necessity of the real estate business money management thinking, combined with the characteristics of the industry, focusing on the problem of the current real estate enterprises in the capital management process, to make a relatively reasonable and perfect suggestions and countermeasures.
