Abstract
Bearing life is defined as the total number of revolutions (or total service hours at a constant rotational speed) before a sign of the first flaking appears on the rolling surface of raceway or rolling elements. However, even when bearings of the same size, structure, material and heat treatment are subjected to the same conditions, the bearing lives will show variation. This results from the statistical nature of the fatigue phenomenon.
In this text, we will start from design. Take CF10BUURM bolt bearing as an example.Through the design and research of external ring, shaft bolt,cage and CNC programming we will find the secret of IKO bearing. On the dimensional accuracy, we must control the size of tolerance range to ensure the needle roller bearing's clearance and friction coefficient.
We also need to consider somethings ,such as storing it in a professional room, surface cleaning, bearing selection, the preparation before installation, installation and dismantlement carefully , and correct lubrication.
