On the basis of the real conditions of the vocational colleges, this paper expounds on the vocational students motivation of attending the non-academic certificate exams, mentality as well as the effect on promoting employment by analyzing the development changes and deficiencies of the non-academic certificates in vocational colleges. Meanwhile, it also explores the current status and de鄄 velopment strategies of the non-academic colleges in vocational colleges.
