摘要 漫长的人类历史中，政治实体的统治权多被男性把持；近代，更是男权统治 的天下。政治，总是被更多的赋予了男性色彩。 女性解放是人类社会进步的重要尺度，而女性参政议政则是女性解放的高级 形式。从世界范围来看，19世纪末20世纪初，西方女权运动出现了以争取妇女 选举权为主题的第一次高潮。此后，欧洲——尤其是斯堪的纳维亚女性一直以高 涨的参政热情和斐然的政治地位让世人所瞩目。目前，斯堪的纳维亚地区依然是 世界上女性参政程度最高的地区，其从政客体中女性性别比例在全球名列前茅。 斯堪的纳维亚女性从政比例卓越，领域全面，结构相较世界其它国家也更为合理。 斯堪的纳维亚地区女性从政沃土中的养分是什么？由该地区政治领域中所 显现出来愈来愈浓的粉色激发出灵感，本文通过对斯堪的纳维亚女性从政实践状 况归纳，进而考察该地区女性从政的机制和环境，以期提炼出对我国推进女性从 政，加快实现男女在政治领域中形式与结果真正平等的可借鉴元素。 本文由绪论、正文以及结语四部分构成。绪论部分对选题缘由、背景，研究 意义，创新之处等作介绍；正文共四章内容：第一章对女性从政问题的源头，女 性参与政治历史沿革，女性从政问题政治维度的的剖析作以阐述；第二章由女性 从政模式出发，对斯堪的纳维亚三国女性从政生涯中的制度性里程碑予以梳理， 随后对当代三国女性从政实践进行阐述；第三章为本文重点，对斯堪的纳维亚三 国女性从政环境中的有利因素进行了分析和总结，并客观理性的对潜在的障碍因 素作以交待；第四章从当代我国女性从政实践状况展开，对其中的问题作出总结 归纳，并以斯堪的纳维亚为借鉴，提出了可采纳的元素；最后为本文结语。 关键词：斯堪的纳维亚地区，两性平等，女性从政，最低比例制 Abstract In the long history of mankind, the rules of political entities were mostly dominated by men; in modern times, men control the political power, still. Women’s liberation is an important indicator telling the progress of human society, and the representation in politics of women is an advanced form of female th liberation. In the early 20 century, the Western Feminist Movement emerged to fight for the voting right of women. Since then, Europe—especially Scandinavia women attract the attention of worldwide for their rising enthusiasm and achievement of women participation in politics. Nowadays, Nordic still remains best performance of women’s representation in politics. Compared with other regions, here the proportion of women in political organs is excellent, and the structure is more reasonable. What are the favorable conditions for women to pursuing political power? Based on the practice of women in politics in this region, this thesis wants to exam
