摘 要 随着21世纪的到来，劳动者的素质对经济发展起着越来越重要 的作用，职中专是培养高素质劳动者的重要阵地，而职中专语文教师 是培养学生综合素质的骨干和核心，其素质的高低对受教育者影响重 大。提高职中专语文教师素质势在必行。 本文以教师专业化的理论和实践作为立论的基础，以职中专语文 教育的本质特征为参照，初步构建了职中专语文教师专业化的理论框 架，并对框架中的要素进行了解读。首先分析了职中专语文教师专业 化的背景及理论依据，然后对职中专语文教师专业化的现状进行了分 析研究，接下来从专业化的角度分析了职中专语文教师应具有的专业 素养，着重于三个方面：专业知识、专业能力以及专业道德。最后提 出了职中专语文教师专业化的途径与策略。 关键词：职中专语文教师 专业化 专业素养 途径与策略 5 Abstract: st With the arrival of the 21 century, the qualities of workers play a more and more important role in the development of economy. Professional Specialized Middle School is a vital place to educate workers with high qualities, while the Chinese teachers in it play a leading role in training students ’ all-round qualities whose qualities impact greatly on the students. So it is imperative to improve the quality of Chinese teachers in Professional Specialized Middle School. The standpoint of this paper is based on teachers’ professional theory and practice in the light of the essence of Chinese education. Thus, it preliminarily forms the specialized theoretical frame of Chinese teachers in Professional Specialized Middle School and analyses the factors in it. Firstly, it analyses the specialization background and theory foundation of Chinese teachers in the above schools. Secondly, it analyses the current situation of Chinese teachers ’ specialization.
