With the strenuous competitive nature of the sports Latin dance increasing , it was required for the dancers to have better and better physical fitness. The results of the probe into the sorts of physical fitness , necessary to sports Latin dancers indicate that with the continuous development and perfec tion of the international sports Latin dance it is important for the dancers to improve their physical fitness. And the dancers should pay much attention to the improvement of speed strength , speed endurance as well as the ability to combine the stat ic strength
