摘要 英语课程的三维目标是在实际教学需要的情况下产生的。新课标不仅强调了 知识和能力，过程与方法，而且注重了情感态度和价值观三维一体的目标重要性， 体现了素质教育的要求和全面发展的理念。三维目标是新课程改革的亮点，根据 课程改革的要求，我们在教育理念上应该培养全面发展的人才。但是在现实中三 维目标的设计和实施有这种种问题和困惑，影响了三维目标的有效落实。三维目 标是连接教育理想和课堂实践的纽带，是教育理想在教育实践中的具体实施，因 此对三维目标研究有重要意义。 本文从英语教师的教学设计入手，具体以三维目标在初中英语课堂落实状 况为核心问题，运用文献分析、课堂观察和访谈的方法,尝试对三维目标课堂教 学进行效果检测和评价，希望发现落实状况的特点，分析其中影响落实的原因。 本文试着提出相应对策如提高教师的自身素质，加强相应的环境建设等希望 促进英语课堂三维目标更好的落实。最终能够对当前的英语课堂教学有一定的借 鉴作用。 关键词：新课程；英语课程标准；三维目标 ABSTRACT Tri-dimensional Goals in English course, such as knowledge and capability, process and methods, emotion attitude and value are brought forward according to the teaching practice. The new Curriculum not only emphasizes knowledge and capability, process and method but also emphasize the important of the emotion and value. It embodies the demands of the quality education and the consummate personality. Tri-dimensional Goals play important part in the new curriculum which point out we should cultivate the consummate personality. In reality, in the process of designing and implementing the three dimension goals we have many problems and bewilderments. These problems and bewilderments impair the practice of Tri-dimension Goals. Tri-dimensional Goals connect the educational ideal and the practice of classroom. Tri-dimensional Goals will be realize according the practice of classroom. We considers it is of great significance to carry out this research . This article starts with the teaching plans of the English teachers, analyze the practice of Tri-dimensional Goals in the English classroom by the form of interview and observes the classroom activity. This article also tries to make assessment and chec
