教师教学技能发展的视频直播网络研修模式探究.pdf

摘要 摘 要 集中的听课评课或是研讨会议是我们提高教师教学技能的最常见途径，然而 这些常规的研修途径存在着一些不可避免的不足，比如集中不便、交流不够等等。 随着信息技术的发展，教师教育也逐渐走向信息化的道路，利用信息环境中的网 络平台来提高教师的教学技能是必然的趋势。 本文在理论研究的基础上构建了教师教学技能发展的视频直播网络研修模 式，该模式利用网络平台让教师们在自己的办公室就可以随时的参与到网络研修 活动中去，既避免在路途上花费大量的时间和精力，也增加了教师之间以及教师 和专家之间交流的机会，对教学过程的视频直播更是深入至教师的教学实践。本 研究按照此模式针对小学信息科技课展开研修活动，并通过问卷调查等形式，了 解到这种研修模式对提高教师教学技能的实际作用以及基层教师对这种研修模 式的实际看法。因为教师教学技能提高的视频直播网络研修模式才刚刚拉开帷 幕，所以本研究还需结合案例分析的结果和其他地区开展的网络研修活动为进一 步完善这种模式提出策略。 关键词：教学技能，视频案例，网络研修 I Abstract Abstract Abstract AAbbssttrraacctt Listening lessons and viewing lessons 、having seminars in a certain place are common ways in improving teachers’ teaching skills, however, theses regular approaches still have some inevitable inadequacies, such as inconvenient assembly 、 insufficient communication and so on. With the development of information and technology, teachers’ education is also gradually moving towards the path of informatization, and improving teachers’ teaching skills through the network platform in information environment is an inevitable trend. This survey builds the mode of the live radio network advanced study and training based on the theoretical studies. This mode makes teachers participate in the network advanced study and training activities at any time in their offices through network platform. It not only saves the time and effort on the way , but also increases the opportunities for communication between teachers、teachers and experts, the video live of the teaching process goes deep into the teachers’ teaching practice.
