Both of the scales reach a certain level are in need of logistics distribution center. The construction area should be covered all aspects of logistics, then do business flow, and logistics flow to make it united organically. It is different that the generally logistics business is against the foreign owners, but franchise of electrical home appliances mainly has internal logistics. At the same time, because of intense competition, the store concentrated on in middle of local province. Among different provinces， the difference is very large. Although the radiant area of logistics distribution center is large, there is no effective utilization. This article analyzes feature of logistics distribution center, and integrates the coexistence of new cooperative mode between the self-support distribution of enterprise home appliance and the third-party logistics enterprise, so as to
