In explanation of I-Ching he has greatly taken the theory of Wang Pi and Cheng Yi, also, he devoted to rule out the phenomenon and number theory of Han Dynasty scholars and the books study of Song Dynasty scholars. Cheng Ting-Tso advocated I-Ching is a book about the people and matters. His way of thinking on I-Ching study included the theory of mutual feeling of all things, endless vitality, and between movement and stillness. This essay will analyze and investigate the source, thoughts, knowledge, etc. of I-Ching study by Cheng Ting-Tso to manifest his achievement and value on I-Ching study.
