（2011届） 毕业论文（设计） 题 目： FDI对嘉兴就业影响的研究 姓　　名：　 学 院： 专　　业：　　　　　 国际经济与贸易　　 　 班　　级：　　 　　 　　 学 号： 指导教师：　　　　　　　 　　 　 　　　 导师学科：　　　　　　 　 　　　 　 　 导师职称：　　　　　　　 　　　 　　 　 　 2011 年 5月摘 要 本文首先对FDI关于就业影响的文献作简要回顾，之后就嘉兴的FDI和就业现状展开分析。然后从FDI对就业的数量、质量、结构三方面讨论FDI对嘉兴就业的影响。在研究FDI与就业数量的关系时，采用定性分析和实证分析的方法，后者选取1990年-2009年嘉兴的数据，利用EViews软件计算得出FDI对嘉兴的就业弹性是0.564328，具有显著的促进作用。最后，根据上文得出的结论提出扩大引资规模等三个建议，为使嘉兴在扩大引资的同时能缓解就业压力，同时为政府制定引资政策提供一些依据。 关键词：FDI,就业数量，实证分析，就业质量,就业结构 Abstract Firstly, the employment impact of FDI on a brief review of the literature, Jiaxing after the start of FDI and employment status. FDI on employment from the quantity, quality, structure, discussed three aspects of FDI on employment in Jiaxing. In the study the number of FDI and employment relations, qualitative analysis and empirical analysis, which select the 1990 -2009 data in Jiaxing, calculated using EViews software FDI on employment elasticity is 0.564328 Jiaxing has significantly promoted Effect.
