本科毕业论文 （20_ _届） 电子档案的证据效力研究 摘 要 电子档案的证据效力随着计算机技术在各个领域的广泛运用已日渐被人们所关注。在各种社会实践活动中必然会产生大量的电子档案，并且电子档案在海量存储与输出、处理快速便捷等方面具有纸质档案不可比拟的优越性逐渐取代纸质档案。在办公无纸化及电子商务、电子政务等迅猛发展的今天，若对电子档案的证据效力不能保障，则以电子档案为依据的电子证据将无法证明事实发生的存在，将会严重阻扰信息化时代的发展脚步。 本课题主要通过案例对电子档案的原始性、完整性及真实性进行分析，研究确保电子档案的证据价值与电子档案的这三个属性之间的关系，探讨了在确保电子档案的原始性、完整性及真实性方面的技术方法的障碍及解决办法，对电子档案管理理念上的弊端及改进办法提出了建议。 关键词：；；Evidence effect of electronic records with the extensive application of computer technology in various fields has been increasingly concerned by the people.In all kinds of social activities will inevitably produce a large number of electronic records,and electronic records have replaced paper records gradually by their unsurpassed superiority in mass storage and output,handle quickly and easily.Nowadays,with the rapid development of paperless office,e - business, e - government affairs,if the evidence effect of electronic records cannot be protected,the electronic evidence which depends on the form of electronic records will not be able to prove the facts exist,it will seriously interfere in the era of informationization pace of development. This project mainly through case studies on electronic records of originality, integrity and authenticity for analysis,studies on ensuring the value of the electronic records and electronic records relationship between these three attributes,explores to ensure that electronic records of originality,integrity and authenticity of the technical methods of obstacles and solutions,puts forward suggestions on the disadvantages and improvement of managementconcepts of electronic records management.
