本科毕业论文 （20_ _届） 供应链管理环境下餐饮企业库存管理系统规划与分析 摘 要 21世纪以来，餐饮企业的竞争力越来越趋向信息化，而餐饮信息化的特点是信息处理量大，设备和原材料种类多，而且出入库单据量大，相互的关联信息多，查询和统计的方法也参差不齐，因此在管理者管理的时候非常困难。有必要设计出一个信息系统来方便餐饮企业的管理者和操作者管理库存的运作，完善库存的货物管理，缩短管理者和库存信息之间的交流时间，从而提高企业的效率减低成本浪费。 本文首先对餐饮企业库存管理系统进行了概述，给出系统总体目标，接着对系统进行分析，从性能、功能、权限以及数据库和非功能方面展开分析，然后对所分析的需求进行系统概要设计，进行功能模块、功能架构的设计，并通过对应的操作流程分析功能模块的设计，最后对系统数据库链接部分进行了分析。 关键字：餐饮企业库存管理系统；信息管理系统；功能模块 Abstract Food inventory management system is also called the information management system, its development process, including the establishment of database, maintenance and implementation of both front-end applications.For the former we need to construct it have a higher data consistency and integrity of the database, while the latter is the need for a full-featured and easy to use application. Now the 21st century, the competitiveness of food companies increasingly tend to information, which is characterized by a large amount of information processing, many kinds of equipment and raw materials, and documents out of storage capacity, information and more related to each other, query and statistical methodsuneven, so when the manager is very difficult to manage. So we need an information system designed to facilitate the food business managers and operators manage inventory operation, but more complete inventory management system can help decision makers manage inventory of goods, reduced inventory management and exchange of information between time, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the reduced cost of waste.
