宁波旅行社老年旅游市场开发研究
摘 要
随着经济的发展,社会的进步,全球人口结构改变明显,老龄化已经是社会普遍现象。随着全球老龄化的加剧,老年旅游市场已经成为一个细分市场,具有巨大的发展潜力,在未来可发展成为重点市场。
宁波是沿海经济发达城市,早在1987年就进入了老龄社会。今后,宁波老年人数量及老龄化还将持续快速增加,老年旅游市场更是值得开发。本文就是在这一背景下,立足于旅游企业,从宁波老年旅游的供给与需求两方面出发,对宁波老年旅游进行研究的。通过对宁波地区的实地调研,本文了解了宁波老年旅游市场供给中存在着专业开辟老年旅游市场的旅行社少、老年旅游产品趋于雷同,缺乏创新、老年旅游服务欠完善、市场细分不足等问题;又从老年旅游者的基本情况、老年旅游者基本特征等方面对老年旅游者进行了问卷调查,并进行了分析,最后从产品角度、营销角度、旅游企业本身角度提出了一些建议。

structure has changed obviously, and aging has been a common social phenomenon.With the intensification of global aging,senior tourism market has already become a segment market, and have a huge development potential, in the future can develop into point market.
Ningbo is a coastal economically developed city, as early as 1987,entered the aging society. In the future, the number of elderly people in Ningbo will continue to increase rapidly,the senior tourism market is more worth to develop. This article is in this context,based on tourism enterprises, and the research analyses the senior tourism market from two sides of supply and demand. Through the field research in Ningbo, this article found a lot of problems which are existed in the supply of senior tourism, such as little tourism enterprises develop senior tourism market, the tourism products tend to similar and lack of innovation, senior travel services are less developed, lack of market segmentation and so on; then have a survey of senior tourists , including the basic situation of senior tourists, the basic travel characteristics of senior tourists, and analyzed; finally, the paper gives some suggestions for the development of senior tourism market with the view of product point, the view of market point, the view of government point and the angle of tourism enterprises.
